Expected Conduct in Work Health and Safety

A text-heavy booklet became a video for WhatsApp. For Frísia Cooperativa Agroindustrial, we created a 3-minute animated video with the safety rules for truck drivers, carriers and cooperative members who enter its units every day. We first asked how the video would reach its audience; the answer, WhatsApp and email, defined the format. Each rule became an icon and an animation, with little on-screen text and a lightweight version for phones. Penalties appear by severity, with an invitation to read the booklet. The SESMT validated six stages, and the standard was adopted in the following OHS videos.
