Workplace by Facebook "Champion"

Hospital Sírio-Libanês was rolling out Workplace to about 7,000 employees and formed a group of Champions to help colleagues adopt the tool. The first video had to explain who they are and recognize those already engaging their teams, on a one-week deadline. Working from the Communications team's script, IRRA suggested changes, described each scene and built the 2D animation on the campaign's key visual. An upbeat voice-over and a lively soundtrack brought in a social media feel. The video served as the pilot for the campaign's second one, and both were delivered at the requested pace.
