A.Yoshii wanted to talk about real estate investment on TV without sounding corporate and cold, balancing credibility and modernity in a 30-second animated infographic commissioned by Bravo Propaganda. IRRA proposed a shot breakdown that fit the time without losing key arguments and got the pacing and art approved in an animatic before animating. It recorded with the brand's official voice-over artist and combined photos of the developments with graphics in the corporate colors. The spot aired on RPC TV, TV Tarobá and RIC TV in 2016 and returned to TV Tarobá in 2017.
